- Payment: Payment for services must be made in full before the tour date, either through the website or through other agreed-upon methods. If payment is not received, the booking may be canceled.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your tour, please notify Isis Hanna at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the tour cost).
- Late Arrivals: If the client is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled tour, Isis Hanna may cancel the tour without refund or reschedule at an additional cost.
4. Prices
Prices for tours and services are as listed on the website at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes before your tour is confirmed.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
- Health and Safety: Clients must inform Isis Hanna of any health conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements in advance of the tour.
- Behavior: Clients are expected to behave responsibly during the tour, respecting local customs, laws, and the rights of others.
- Liability: Isis Hanna is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that occur during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk. Additionally, clients are advised to have their own travel insurance.
- Personal Property: Isis Hanna is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.
